REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Purchasing books from our web site via our secure server on the internet is safe and very simple. Just browse our products and make your selection. Once you have finished your selection, click on “check out” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to have to be able to process your order.
Upon receiving your online order, we shall send you a confirmation e-mail. We ship worldwide and the goods will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days by courier, such as Fed Ex, DHL, UPS etc. Generally, the courier takes 6-7 business days to reach the destination. We accept only Visa and MasterCard. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. 786IslamicStore does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 15 days of the product and we will issue you with a credit note for the price you paid for the item. The credit note could be utilized for your future purchases. The same applies if you wish to cancel your order. In the case of defective or wrong products, you can just inform us (no need to return the defective or wrong item to us) and we will replace it for you.

We ship worldwide and the goods will be dispatched within 3 to 4 business days by courier such as Fed Ex, DHL, UPS etc. Shipping charges are calculated based on the product and the shipping location/area. These rates are made available during checkout once you enter the delivery address.
